Bottom mount C track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch has superior rust resistance and heat-treated materials for higher strength and durability. Built with a high-strength alloy pawl pin and a seamless, solid steel mandrel, the sliding winch can handle heavy-duty cargo with ease, while smooth ground web slots in the mandrel protect your webbing from abrasion and can help save you money on replacement straps. With a 7-mm. design, the average weight per winch has been reduced by 2 lbs to improve fuel economy and/or increase your payload, while the materials have been heat-treated to maintain high strength and performance. To provide the sliding winch with the best possible protection from rust and corrosion, we added the X-Treme Zinc finish, which can withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles. During testing, the X-Treme Zinc finish produced a mere 1% of rust across the entire winch while the black powder coat produced five times as much, the black e-coat ten times as much, and the zinc plating sixty times as much.

The bottom mount C track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch can be easily installed at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer frame with C track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing. With a working load limit of 6,000 lbs, ratcheting system, and 7-mm. design, the sliding web winch makes for an efficient and sturdy solution for tying down heavy-duty cargo.

The ratcheting 7-mm. sliding web winch is compatible with the following Ancra track: 42357-11; 42357-21; 49242-10-120, or equivalent.

Ancra winches comply with DOT, WSTDA-T3 and Canadian Standard 905 regulations.
