The Steel Dock Board, 25K Capacity, 84 In Wide x 48 In Long is engineered from high-strength (55,000 psi) steel for exceptional durability and long service life. Designed with a robust 25,000-lb capacity, this 84-inch wide, 48-inch long dockboard features beveled edges on both ends for smooth entry and exit, a diamond-plated deck for safe and efficient use, and welded safety curbs for maximum strength. Locking legs, positioned 12" from the edge, minimize ramp movement during loading and unloading, and are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted for easier floor pickup by fork trucks when not in use. The 11-degree bend, located 9" from the beveled edge, ensures optimal alignment, while the standard Lever Lift provides quick portability with a fork truck. Manufactured in full compliance with OSHA standards, this dockboard offers optional accessories including lifting chains, span locks, span pins/holes, and removable pickup loops to enhance functionality.
Options: Span pins and holes act as an extra set of legs to stabilize the dockboard in wider gaps, preventing it from sliding off the dock or truck. Sliding span locks serve as adjustable legs for added versatility. The removable pickup loop option includes two rectangular tubes with T-shaped bases, fitting into slots cut at 24" centers—insert the T parallel into the slot, turn 90° to lock perpendicularly, and lift with a fork truck. Welded handles on one side allow manual lifting to position the board for forklift access.
